The referral bonuses can apply in two circumstances
Individuals are able to provide a referral to a specific individual who we'd like to speak with. That list is hosted here and you can note that in the submission form along with your connection:
The referral bonus will be 150k PHP.
See our target listIf you know someone who meets the criteria and has the skill for the target roles we are hiring for.
For these roles, the bonus would be 100k PHP.

For all our roles within this program, we are looking for the following:
Graduate of UP, Ateneo, De La Salle University, or UST.
Honors before 2021 or summa / magna honors after 2021.
Excellent spoken or written English.
Multiple promotions in a company relevant to the role they are being referred for
They've got a strong track record of the skill relevant to the role they are being considered for.
How does it work?

Submit or tag
You can submit this Ashby form with your referral and the role they would be well suited for or tag the individual on a Foundry for Good LinkedIn post.
Tagging on LinkedIn isn't enough. A LinkedIn tag must still be followed by a submission through the Ashby referral form, the official record for attribution and timing.

FFG talent team reaches out
Our FFG talent team will be in touch with you to confirm the referral and ask for a direct email introduction to our team. - Step 3
Immediate leadership interview
We will introduce the individual directly to a member of Foundry for Good leadership for an immediate interview.
Program Terms & Definitions
Terms:

You may not refer yourself.
- 2
The bonus is paid if the candidate is hired into a listed role and remains employed and in good standing on their 30th day. If FFG ends the engagement for reasons other than cause before day 30, the referrer remains eligible.

Referrals must be submitted between June 15 and August 15, 2026. The hire and payout may occur after the window. A referral remains valid only if the candidate is hired within [90] days of your submission.

Only eligible for the roles listed.
- 5
A candidate is not eligible if, at the time of your submission, have applied or been in contact by FFG within the prior [12] months, or are otherwise already known to our talent team. FFG's records are the sole basis for this determination.

If more than one person refers the same candidate, the bonus is paid only to the first valid referral received (by timestamp). Only one bonus is paid per hired candidate.

Once team members are hired, FFG will reach out for your payment details. Payments will be made via Wise to your bank within 15 days of the candidate's 30th day with FFG.

Individuals will be paid via are responsible for their own taxes and bonuses will be sent via Wise which may carry transfer fees for recipients.

FFG has sole discretion over eligibility and payout decisions, and may modify, pause, or end this program at any time. Referrals submitted before a change are honored under the terms in effect when submitted.

If candidate is on wishlist, the referral will be eligible for just the 150k PHP bonus. The bonuses do not stack.
