We're building the in-house AI team for Foundry for Good's companies. Join a small founding cohort, part-time, build real agentic systems, and shape the org from day one. A clear path to full-time leadership offers. Cohort starts in July.
The opportunity
Foundry for Good is going AI-native, and we're hiring the team to lead it. Most companies bolt AI on. We're building it in: production agents and automation across our brands, owned by senior engineers who have done this before. This is the founding cohort of that team, and we're building it in the Philippines. Get in early, set the standard, and grow into a full-time leadership seat.
Who this is for
This is a senior cohort. We hire people who already lead.
- You build with LLMs and agents today, in production, not in demos.
- You've shipped real systems and owned their reliability, cost, and quality.
- You lead or mentor engineers somewhere good, and you want frontier work plus real ownership without quitting to get it.
- If this would be your first AI project, this isn't the right round for you.
What you'll do
Build, and lead others to build.
- Ship internal AI agents and automation used across Nexus and Double the Donation. Real tools, in production.
- Turn manual, repetitive workflows into reliable agents. Own the quality, cost, and reliability.
- Coach non-technical teams to work AI-native, so the leverage compounds after you build it.
- Set the standards and the stack the full-time AI team will run on.
How the fellowship works
Built to fit around a job you already love.
- 10–15 hours a week, over 12 weeks. Designed around a full-time schedule.
- Starts in early July.
- Remote, anywhere in the Philippines. Mostly on your own schedule, with some overlap with our US team.
- A small founding cohort across the Foundry for Good portfolio.
- Real projects from week one. This is not a class.
- Direct work with the founders and brand leaders, not a layer removed.
- Standouts finish with full-time offers.
